Bbdbajee Rules & Terms — Please Read Before You Start

1 General Terms & Applicability

These terms and conditions constitute a legal agreement between the company operating the bbdbajee platform and its users. They apply to all services provided through the bbdbajee website, mobile app, and any other digital channels.

These terms are available in both Bangla and English. In the event of any conflict between the two, the English version will take precedence. That said, bbdbajee remains committed to supporting Bangla-speaking users at all times.

Bbdbajee reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any changes via the platform and their registered email. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

• These terms apply to personal and recreational use only.
• Using bbdbajee for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
• Users are solely responsible for the security of their own accounts.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

Opening an account on bbdbajee requires meeting a few basic conditions, in place to protect both you and the platform.

• Age Limit: You must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration. A copy of your National ID or passport may be requested for age verification.
• Single Account: Only one account is permitted per person, household, or residential address.
• Accurate information: You are required to provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering. Providing false information may result in account termination.
• Password Security: Keep your login credentials private. Do not allow anyone else to access your account.
• KYC Verification: A Know Your Customer (KYC) verification may be required before processing large withdrawals.

3 Betting Rules

Please read the following rules before placing bets on bbdbajee. Following them will ensure a smoother and safer betting experience.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, except where a cash-out option is available.
• The minimum bet amount is ৳100 and the maximum limit varies by market and event.
• If a match is cancelled or incomplete, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Odds in live betting change rapidly; the odds displayed at the time your bet is confirmed are final.
• Bbdbajee reserves the right to void any bet where incorrect odds were displayed due to a technical error.
• In an accumulator or parlay bet, if one match is cancelled, the remaining selections stay active.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Terms

Financial transactions on bbdbajee are simple, fast, and secure. The following terms apply to all transactions.

Deposit

• Minimum deposit: ৳500.
• There are no processing fees on deposits.
• Deposits via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket are generally instant.
• Only use a payment method registered in your own name for deposits.

Withdrawal

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals to verified accounts are typically processed within 15–30 minutes.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing from a bonus balance.
• Withdrawals may be delayed by up to 24 hours due to bank holidays or technical issues.
• If suspicious activity is detected, withdrawals may be temporarily held pending verification.

5 Bonus & Promotions Policy

Bbdbajee regularly offers various bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms, which must be read before claiming.

• Welcome Bonus: A bonus will be credited on your first deposit. To withdraw it, you must meet the specified wagering requirement.

• Duration: Every bonus has a set expiry date. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.

6 Prohibited Activities

Bbdbajee is committed to maintaining a fair and safe platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.

• Match fixing or any form of fraudulent betting.
• Exploiting bonuses by using multiple accounts.
• Placing bets or transactions using someone else's account.
• Attempting to damage the system through hacking, viruses, or any other technical means.
• Money laundering or use of funds from illegal sources.
• Placing bets using automated software or bots.
• Exploiting any technical glitch on the platform to gain an unfair advantage.

7 Account Closure & Restrictions

An account can be closed by either the user or bbdbajee.

Closed by user

• You can request account closure at any time by contacting the support team.
• Please withdraw your balance before closing your account. Requesting it afterwards can make the process more complicated.
• Once a self-exclusion request is submitted, your account cannot be reopened before the specified period ends.

Closed by bbdbajee

• Bbdbajee may suspend any account without prior notice if these terms are violated.
• If a restriction is applied, the reason will be communicated and an appeals process will be available.
• If prohibited activity is proven, the account balance may be forfeited.

8 Responsible Gaming

Bbdbajee believes gaming should be entertainment — never a source of problems. That's why we offer a range of responsible gaming features.

• Personal Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly deposit and betting limits can be set.
• Self-Exclusion: You can exclude yourself from the platform for a set period of time.

9 Dispute Resolution

• In disputes relating to betting outcomes, bbdbajee's system logs will serve as the definitive record.
• If an issue cannot be resolved through support, you may request third-party mediation.

10 Changes to Terms & Contact

Bbdbajee reserves the right to modify, amend, or remove any part of these rules and terms at any time. Users will be given at least 7 days' notice of any significant changes.

Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you have the option to close your account.
